Nestled in the tranquil embrace of nature, Eggedal Borgerstue turned out to be an idyllic weekend retreat for my companions and me. From our cozy room with wooden floors and a plush sofa to the delightfully friendly staff, the atmosphere felt inviting and homey, which is precisely what we were looking for. The highlight was undoubtedly breakfast; savoring fluffy scrambled eggs alongside perfectly cooked bacon was a simple pleasure, to say the least. After a leisurely meal, we strolled in slippers to the on-site restaurant for dinner, where we indulged in delicious dishes – a true testament to the value for money this place offers.
